2. The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(5), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as Sections-25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the police raided the house of co-accused, Ganesh Yadav and recovered a country-made pistol from his house. The petitioner was arrested fleeing away from the house of said Ganesh Yadav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has no relation with the recovery of arms from the house of Ganesh Yadav. He was not present there and

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
