Petitioner is alleged to be broker attached with MVI Office and in that capacity, when raid was conducted the documents in terms of seizure list were seized therefrom. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 28.01.2015. Taking into account the nature of allegation in consonance with the period of detention, petitioner Vivek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
