The petitioner apprehends her arrest in C.R. Case No. 691/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B, 120, 472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner executed a sale deed in favour of the complainant, but when the complainant went on the land, brother-in-law of the petitioner did not hand over the possession of the land and disclosed that his sister-in-law has executed the sale deed with regard to the land which did not fall in her share.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39977 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 petitioner sold the land falling in her share. The allegation made against the petitioner is false and concocted. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with C.R. Case No. 691/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
