JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard both sides. The petitioner seeks bail in Kesariya P.S.Case No.65 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 IPC. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Geeta Kumari. The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married with the petitioner on 5.5.20110 but thereafter, the husband started torturing her. His daughter was burnt to death.

It is submitted that the dead body of the deceased was fond by the side of the river. The doctor opined that the deceased died due to shock on account of strangulation.

There appears that the daughter of the informant was killed and her dead body was thrown by the side of the river and the same was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) ahk/- U T
