The petitioner is in custody since 3.2.2015 in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No.10 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 255, 256, 258, 259, 260 and 261 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested as he was the tenant of the house of Md. Azad from where the alleged fake stamps were recovered. It is further submitted that actually the petitioner was the tenant of the house of Md. Azad but in fact, not in the portion of the house from where the alleged recovery is said to have been made. It is also submitted that the real owner of the house, who was fully responsible for illegal act, has not been made an accused in the present case and the entire allegation has been saddled on the shoulder of the petitioner though he was nowhere connected with the portion of the house from where the alleged recovery has been made.

Shamim be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs/10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No.10 of 2015.
