The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant lodged the case against unknown. During the course of investigation, Pawan Kumar Pandey was arrested and he confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Pawan Kumar Pandey.

Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,
