The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent no.1, the Collector, Rohats at Sasaram to hold an enquiry since private respondent nos. 4 to 6 in connivance with some local officers, are trying to encroach upon the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 40, Plot No. 1665 and 1667 situated in Mauza Saluthna in the District of Rohtas.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.14658 of 2013 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 to the extent that the petitioner may be given liberty to submit representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas for redressal of his grievances.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, the present writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit representation ventilating his grievances before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram within a period of two weeks when it is expected from the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks thereafter.
