JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 There is apparent error while recording the provisions of law, under which the case has been registered, in paragraph 2 of the order dated 25.05.2016, by which anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner.

Paragraph 2 of the order dated 25.05.2016 would be read as under:

"Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 90 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code."

The order dated 25.05.2016 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17723 of 2016 (4) dt.23-06-2016 Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below is extended further by four weeks.
