At an earlier occasion vide order dated 16.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49709/2016 prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

Considering detention since 10.08.2016 as well as absence of antecedent petitioner Ranbeer Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Second Addl. Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case No.192/2016. However, the learned lower court is especially directed to identify the status of the bailor properly as, petitioner happens to be resident of Hariyana State. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.)
