JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of committing theft of the motorcycle of the informant. Subsequently the petitioner and two others were found travelling on the stolen motorcycle. Considering the fact that three persons were travelling on the alleged theft motorcycle, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai(Town) P.S. Case No. 716 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has criminal antecedent, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9179 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
