Although there is allegation against the petitioner that he attempted to commit rape on the informant but in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, informant admitted that she had put fire on the straw of the petitioner on the alleged date of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge I, Nawada in Rajauli P.S. Case no. 233/2014.
