JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case as per the In-charge, Headmaster of the school namely Pramod Kumar is that the petitioners entered into the school abused and assaulted the teachers of the school.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused to anyone. It is further submitted that subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18360 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 370 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
