The petitioner seeks his bail in CII-01 of 2015 registered under Sections 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. The informant alleged that 240 liters of illegally manufactured country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.2.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail about three month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with CII-01 of 2015.
