2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C), 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.05.2022 at 6:00 PM, all the accused persons including these petitioners, armed with weapons, entered in the house of informant and assaulted informant and her family members and also looted cash and jewellery. It is further alleged that the accused persons also abused informant by caste name and intercepted them from using Bolero vehicle in their wedding procession.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, this false and concocted case has been lodged. General and omnibus allegation has been levelled against these petitioners of having abused and assaulted. The present case is counter blast of Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 75 of 2022, which was lodged against informant side.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI-cumSpecial Judge POCSO Court, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 151 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
