Saharsa dismissing Anganbari Appeal No.124/2019 has been dismissed with a direction for fresh selection Process for selection on the Post of Angan Bari Sevika for the Anganbari Centre Code No 260 Anganbari Centre Maulapur ward No 2 under Gram panchayat Sonpura Block - Simri Bakhtiyarpur district - Saharsa.

II. For declaration that selection letter dated 17.12.19 issued in favour of the Petitioner by Mahila Supervisor child development Project Simri Bakhtiyarpur District-Saharsa in view of the order dated 17.12.19. passed by the Child Development Project Officer Simri Bakhtiyarpur, Saharsa is legal.

III. For declaration that the petitioner is entitled to continue on the post of Anganbari Sevika for the aforesaid Maulapur Anganbari Centre Anganbari Centre Code No 260 in the Gram Panchayat Sonpura district Saharsa."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies

Patna High Court CWJC No.13335 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 3/3 as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
