ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. As per the show cause filed, the present contempt application has since been rendered infructuous. All retiral dues of the petitioner have also been released.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if at all anything remains due, the petitioner may be given liberty to raise such issues before an appropriate forum, which shall be considered in accordance with law.

The contempt application thus stands disposed of with the liberty aforementioned.
