JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 447, 304, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that this is an accidental case due to electric shock as would be evident from the First Information Report itself, however, the allegation that the petitioners forcibly ordered the deceased to repair electric wire is merely ornamental and afterthought after the accident took place.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17488 of 2016 (3) dt.25-05-2016 It is further contended that subsequently a compromise petition has also been filed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Shanti Devi, Kishan Singh, Rahul Kumar and Vikash Kumar @ Bipin, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Gangabridge Police Station Case No. 06 of 2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section
