Learned counsel for the petitioner realizing the availability of statutory appeal before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15937 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 Liberty is granted.
