2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner, in conspiracy with other accused persons, shot at informant's husband causing his death. During investigation, it has come that petitioner was hired to kill informant's husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is not named in the FIR. Deceased had land dispute with some persons and those persons might have killed him since they were threatening the deceased. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
