This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 05.01.2016 passed in Simri P.S. Case No.189 of 2014 (G.R. No.2767 of 2014 and Sessions Trial No.292 of 2015) by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
