The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 354, 307, 376 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner has taken Rs. 6, 00,000/- from the informant for getting her job in Civil Court and thereafter, coaccused started delay for providing her job, then the informant along with her friend, Reema Kumari went to the house of the petitioner, then the husband of the petitioner along with his son tried to misbehave with her and threatened her for dire consequences.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49842 of 2018 (2) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 that the allegation against the petitioner is absurd and there is inordinate delay in lodging of the F.I.R., without giving any plausible reason.

Learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail stating that they had taken money but on demand of the money, such type of occurrence had taken place.

Having heard both sides and the petitioner is a lady, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named on surrender or arrest within six weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
