The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.226 of 2017 dated 13.10.2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 34/498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demand of Rs.02 lac and one motorcycle and ousting her from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl is residing with the petitioner and he is ready to keep her with dignity and care .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51806 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender on 28.8.2019 along with his wife and on that he will also make his wife available in the court so that the learned court below may enquire about their matrimonial relationship and once being satisfied with the same and also found that his wife is residing with the petitioner and he is ready to keep her with dignity and care, he shall be released on bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S.Case No.226 of 2017 dated 13.10.2017, by the leaned court below to his own satisfaction itself.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
