A peremptory order had been passed on 28.11.2019 for removing the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a period of one week, failing which the petition was directed to be dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

Since the defects could not be removed within the stipulated period, the case was dismissed without reference to the Bench.

For the reasons stated in the application for

Patna High Court MJC No.2050 of 2021(2) dt.02-03-2022 2/2 restoration of this case, the prayer is allowed. The case is restored to its original file.

The counsel for the petitioner is granted three weeks time to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, failing which the petition shall again be dismissed without further reference to the Bench. The petition stands allowed.
