The petitioner seeks bail in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 262/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 Arms Act and 20/22 N.D.P.S. Act.

Police arrested the petitioner and one Ganga Paswan @Gangwa. From the possession of the petitioner Sandeep Kumar @ Pappu, one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge recovered.. He is in jail since 12.08.2014. No narcotic substance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10458 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner had already remained in jail for about 7 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional District Judge, VI, Patna in connection with Fatuha P.S.
