The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 304(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is of committing murder of the deceased due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 17.05.2017. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have got no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37306 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur of the deceased, petitioner no.2 and 3 are Gotni of the deceased and the petitioner no.4 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
