The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.251 of 2021 registered under Sections 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Satya Narayan Tulsyan. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
