2. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 16.01.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 58869 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. While rejecting the bail petition of the petitioner, learned trial court was directed to expedite the trial.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that not a single witness has been examined up-till-now.

4. A report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the learned court below which is available on the record showing that although not a single witness has been examined till date, but the learned trial court has mentioned that he shall

5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the observation that if the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
