The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant's motorcycle and mobile were robbed. During investigation it transpired that sim registered in the name of the petitioner was used in the robbed mobile. Statement has been made in para 7 and 8 of the petition that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6860 of 2015 (02) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2013.
