It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the grievances of the petitioners have already been redressed and both the petitioners have been granted the benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme by Notification dated 13.4.2009, which is annexed as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, in which the names of the petitioners are appearing at Serial Nos. 51 and 185 respectively.
