JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2107 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khagaria PS case no. 573 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 149, 188, 353 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have created nuisance in discharging the official duty of government servant and also created a road block.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have clean antecedents and they were coming out from the railway station while they were apprehended by the police on the pretext of the petitioner creating obstruction in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49842 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2107 2/2 discharging duty of government officials. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 25.08.2017. For the reasons stated hereinabove, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria PS case no. 573 of 2017.
