====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 dated 07.02.2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that while the informant had gone inside the Bank after keeping his bicycle outside the Bank, for withdrawing money, the petitioner is said to have stolen the bicycle. Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended and beaten by the people who had assembled there.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 8.2.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33545 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017.
