ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was allowed bail by the order dated 20.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 2237 of 2015 in which one of the conditions was that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he is not an accused in any other case, but, since the Petitioner was an accused in another case which has been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition, such an affidavit could not be filed and he has remained in custody.

Considering that on merit, the Petitioner was found fit to be released on bail, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
