Pursuant to order dated 18.08.2015, learned counsel for the University has produced the original cheque, amounting of Rs. 2,81,752/- which is handed over to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is submitted that with this payment, all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, in case the petitioner finds any discrepancy in the amount paid to him, he shall file a representation before respondent no. 5. If the same is done within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.22362 of 2011 dt.21-09-2015 2/2 respondent no. 5 shall look into it and pass appropriate orders within three weeks. If anything is found due and payable, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within the next two weeks.
