Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections- 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner or his family members. Recovery shown is planted one. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37210 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017.
