2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown persons are alleged to have taken away Rs. 70,000/-, mobile, ATM card and other important documents of the informant on the point of pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired in this case during the course of investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submits that the petitioner has got two criminal
