JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-04-2015 The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for direction to the respondent-authorities to investigate the case in proper manner and conclude the same expeditiously and for other connected reliefs.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4, inter alia, referring to the supervision note of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai dated 17.08.2014 wherein, on finding the allegations to be false, it has been recommend to submit final report. It is further stated that the petitioner herself has stated in

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.837 of 2014 dt.10-04-2015 2/2 paragraph 7 of the writ petition that she has already filed a protest petition before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai with regard to investigation of the case.

3. Though a copy of the said counter affidavit has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 17.03.2015, no rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the supervision note, referred to above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
