2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For direction up on the respondents to remove restriction from the Restriction Register of the office of Registrar, Khagaria from Registration of the land regarding sale and purchase in connection with the land bearing Khata No 754 Khesra No 503 under Mauja Koyla,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12855 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 Thana No 342 Anchal Gogri, District - Khagaria, which is under peaceful possession of petitioner's wife who is the rightful owner of the land.

(ii) For any other relief (S) direction (S) to which the Petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and Circumstance of the Case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 3, the Collector, Khagaria in next four weeks.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if such representation is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, this Court allows the petitioner to approach the Collector, Khagaria in next four weeks who shall be hearing all the stakeholders and shall come to a conclusion preferably by 31.12.2025.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
