From the pleadings on record it appears that the petitioner basically has three grievances, that is, with regard to 3rd Time Bound Promotion as per the 6th Pay Revision Committee recommendation and leave encashment for 300 days as well as pay revision from the year 1993.
Patna High Court CWJC No.22372 of 2011 dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the position that nobody has been granted the abovementioned benefits. However, with regard to the benefit of pay revision with effect from the year 1993, the petitioner having raised the issue for the first time in the year 2011, the Court is not inclined to go into that aspect. Thus, the Court is unable to pass any specific order in favour of the petitioner with regard to his grievances. However, in future, if the Bank finds its financial position to be healthy and takes a decision to grant the benefits claimed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and granted to the petitioner in accordance with law and the policy adopted by the Bank.
The writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
