The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 289 of 2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Regard being had to the nature of offence as also the fact that the investigation is over and the police have submitted their report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner Gowardhan Yadav, who is in custody since 12th February, 2016, is directed to be released on bail on
