The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 06.05.2017, Sudhir Kumar @ Vindhyachal Kumar was to be married, and while he was in Samiyana one unidentified and unknown assailant fired from behind his back which resulted in his death. During investigation one Aman Kumar was apprehended by the police who has revealed the name of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has accompanied him to the place of occurrence.

No.44890 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of one Aman Kumar as also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XI, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017.
