The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During investigation the petitioner was arrested and he has confessed his guilt. He has made extra-judicial confession before the police. It is submitted that no mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has been in custody since 20.9.2014 but no T.I.P. has been held.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in Kotwali P. S. Case no. 341 of 2014 (G. R. No. 2871 of 2014) with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
