It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner co-accused Raja Miyan pierced sharp cutting weapon on the side of the abdomen of the son of the informant who subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Tariya P.S.
