JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the name of the Court in the first paragraph and the prayer portions of the bail petition. Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rampur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20 B.P.S. AR, 2005.

The informant alleged that the petitioner was running a business of private security agency without having any license. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not running a business of private security agency, but he runs a business of movers and packers for transportation of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22826 of 2016 (3) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 goods after registering his shop vide Annexure-2. Considering the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
