The petitioner is directed to move to Circle Officer, Thawe, Gopalganj for redressal of his grievances i.e. for removal of the alleged encroachment and if the circle officer finds any encroachment then he will initiate an appropriate encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and will dispose of the same within six months after hearing the alleged encraochers in accordance with law.
