Issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra as this Court had an occasioned to decide the same in C.W.J.C. No. 6787 of 2015 vide order dated 04.12.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner in light of the order dated 04.12.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 6787 of 2015 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15970 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 3/3 receipt/production of a copy of this order.
