2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No.65 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.02.2017. Police have lodged this case with oblique motive.

4. The learned APP opposed the submission.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer is allowed and the above named petitioner be released on bail on furbishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No.65 of 2017.
