JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are in jail custody since 07.01.2015 and it appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as from submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that there was land dispute between co-accused, Parmanand Jaiswal and one Shailendra Kishore Singh and as a matter of fact, the present case is the result of aforesaid land dispute. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that no occurrence as alleged in the first information report had taken place. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
