The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner not only assaulted his wife with knife but also killed his own daughter, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
