The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019, Special Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/29 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.05.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 5 Kg. Ganja was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized Ganja.

Considering the fact that the quantity of Ganja is less than the commercial quantity, the Court is inclined to grant

No.55574 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019, Special Case No. 53 of 2019.
