JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 28.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage since she was disabled. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled as there was child also out of the wedlock and there was no complaint of torture from before.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded and the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
